GENERAL POLICIES 40% non-refundable retainer fee, calculated from your estimated service total, is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your final balance. You may reschedule once with your original retainer if requested at least 48 hours before your appointment. No deposit = no appointment. Reschedule requests or cancellations within 48 hours will result in an additional 25% service charge. Day-of cancellations/no shows result in a full service charge and may result in being banned from booking. Please note that you will be charged according to the service tier booked. Service tier changes may be requested up to 48 hours before your appointment. Any changes requested within 48 hours of your appointment may be subject to the original service tier price. Please arrive on time to ensure we have enough time for your scheduled service. Clients arriving 15–24 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee and may need to simplify their design to stay on schedule. Arrivals of 25 minutes or more will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will be cancelled and charged in full. To keep appointments running on schedule, I’m unable to accommodate mid-service breaks (including for smoking, meals, or working). You’re welcome to bring a small snack or work on your laptop during your appointment, as long as it doesn’t interfere with the service. Squeeze in appointments during my off days are available on a case by case basis for an additional $50. After hours appointments are also available for an additional $25, and may be limited to lower tier designs.. ART TIERS Art tiers are determined by the number of layers required, amount of product used, intricacy of the design, and the time needed to complete it. I’ll give you a pricing estimate before your appointment, and any changes will be communicated and approved during the service. Exact address will be sent out once your deposit is received. Street parking is available all day, but please pay attention to street cleaning times and any other maintenance hours. Parking can get crowded so please plan ahead, leave early, and allow time for traffic and finding a spot!! Upon arrival, use the call box to request access to the property. For new clients, I will meet you in the lobby area. Clients who arrive early may also stay in the lobby area until it is time for your appointment. Appointments are for clients 18+ only. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of infection, unsafe nail conditions, or otherwise inappropriate behavior. SERVICE INFO All services include an e-file manicure with cuticle work and complimentary cuticle oil applied at the end of the service. Gel (1-3+ hrs) Gel polish (regular gel) involves a thin layer of base gel, followed by your chosen color and nail art. Ideal for clients who prefer to keep their nails short and natural, without added strength or length. Gel polish is fully removed and reapplied at each service. Refill recommended in 2–3 weeks with proper care. Builder Gel (1-3.5+ hrs) Builder gel, or builder in a bottle (BIAB), is a soft gel product that adds strength and light structure to the natural nail. This service is offered as an overlay only, meaning no added length. Builder gel is ideal for clients looking to grow out and maintain stronger natural nails over time. Builder gel is infilled at every appointment and can be soaked off. Refill recommended in 3 weeks with proper care. Gel X (1.5-4+ hrs) Gel-X is a pre-shaped, soft gel extension system that adds length and structure to the nails. These are full-coverage extensions, meaning they cover the entire natural nail from cuticle to free edge. Gel-X extensions are soaked off and reapplied at each appointment. Ideal for clients who enjoy a lightweight, natural-feeling option for added length. Refill recommended in 3–4 weeks with proper care. Hard Gel (2-4+ hrs) Hard gel is a stronger, more durable structured gel, offering more strength than builder gel. This service can be provided as an overlay on the natural nail or built out as an extension. The overlay option is ideal for clients who have successfully grown out their natural nails with builder gel or who are harder on their hands. The extension option is best for clients who want a fully customized length, shape, and structure. Hard gel is infilled at each appointment and cannot be soaked off. Removal requires filing. Not ideal for clients who have very flexible natural nails. Refill recommended in 3–4 weeks with proper care.
